Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped by BuyGoods and its fulfillment partners. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

• United States: typically 5–7 business days after processing.
• Canada, UK, Australia & other international destinations: typically 10–15 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are shown on the BuyGoods checkout page before you complete your order. Some packages include free shipping as indicated on the offer.

Tracking

Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days, contact BuyGoods support at www.buygoods.com/support.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

Incorrect Address / Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact BuyGoods support within 7 days so they can investigate with the carrier.
